Now JDM owned world class techknowledge in casting industry no matter on material melting, casting process, NDT test, etc. We can offer very wide ranges materials such as super duplex body, Ni-base product, special alloy for drilling/mining equipment, etc. and also supplied hundreds kind of products in vary fluid handling, automotive, agricultural/construction equipment, building hardware industries.
We also implement rapid prototype, soft simulation techknowledge to develop our product, use CAD/CAE/ProE/Simulation tools for design. Customer can just provide basic drawings and technical requirement, JDM can accomplish all tooling design/making, melting, heat treatment, welding, NDT, machining, surface treatment, etc. processes, to meet customer's requirement and achieve best high cost-effective.
